it was year 1998 (2018), on the ocean drive in the sunset. i was lost at the time from all the booze and partying. all that i could remember is the pastel colored buildings and the palm trees. this rug is my best effort to capture and recreate that moment. every time i see it, i am reminded of the unforgiving heat of the sun and overbearing melancholy.
