Return & Refund
We accept returns and provide refunds for rugs or products that have obvious issues originating from the factory. These issues may include manufacturing defects, color inconsistencies, or material flaws that affect the product’s functionality or appearance.
Returns are not eligible for rugs that show signs of wear, damage, noticeable furniture dents, stains, water marks, moisture exposure, or changes in yarn color or texture caused by environmental factors due to customer use. Additionally, any quality issues not related to the production and shipping process are also ineligible for returns.
Step 1: Contact Us
Within 30 days of receiving the product, if you think you're eligible for return and refund, please contact us via email at info@misplaced.studio or fill out the form at Contact Us to reach our customer service team. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including clear photographs to illustrate the problem.
Step 2: Review and Approval
Our team will review your request to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for a return or refund. You will receive a response within 5-7 business days.
Step 3: Return Shipping
If your return is approved, please send the problematic product back to us. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. In cases of factory defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. (Return address provided below:)
Step 4: Inspection
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm all reported issues.
Step 5: Refund or Replacement
If the issues are verified, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

•Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a problematic product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item once your return has been processed.
