Please trim them with scissors and avoid pulling them forcefully.

This situation typically only occurs with glue-backed rugs, such as hand-knotted rugs. During the rug-making process, some stray fibers may fall off. If this happens, it is normal. You can use a vacuum cleaner to clean or pick up the stray fibers by hand. The production process of our hand-tufted rugs is entirely by hands. Glue marks drying on the back of the rug are normal and does not count as quality issue, therefore they are not eligible for return. With that said, our quality control team has already selected out the rugs that does not meet our quality standard.

It is recommended to regularly vacuum your rug and keep it away from dampness.

We do not recommend using harsh cleaning agents on your rug. Always use gentle products or consult a professional for advice on proper cleaning techniques.

Sometimes mistake happen, we understand. Do not panic, and follow the steps. First, use a dry paper towel or towel to absorb the moisture asap.
